Heather Smith is a Georgetown, Texas native with a lifelong passion for creativity, community, and service. A proud graduate of Georgetown High School, Heather’s professional journey began in the world of business and advertising before evolving into a career that beautifully blends care, creativity, and design.

She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University in 2005, which launched her into the fast-paced world of advertising. Heather worked with the renowned agency GSD&M, where she gained valuable experience in brand communication, client relations, and creative strategy. However, her desire to make a more direct impact on people’s lives led her to pursue a healthcare career.

In 2009, Heather graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University and spent the next twelve years working in the nursing field. From 2009 to 2021, she provided compassionate, skilled care to patients across various healthcare settings, from Oncology to Plastic Surgery. Her years in nursing not only sharpened her organizational and interpersonal skills but also instilled in her a deep appreciation for environments that promote healing and well-being.

In 2017, Heather began exploring her longtime love for design, working as a freelance designer on residential and multi-family developments across multiple states. By 2021, she had fully transitioned into the design world, founding Element 321 Design, where she now serves as Owner and Lead Designer. Her projects range from custom homes to commercial spaces, with notable work throughout Georgetown, including the Georgetown Health Foundation office space in Downtown Georgetown.

Dedicated to preserving the unique character and heritage of her hometown, Heather proudly serves on the Historical and Architectural Review Commission for the City of Georgetown. In this role, she helps evaluate and guide development within the city’s historic districts, ensuring that architectural integrity and cultural significance are thoughtfully maintained.

With a diverse background in business, healthcare, and design, Heather brings a unique, thoughtful perspective to every project—always rooted in her Georgetown heritage and a deep commitment to excellence.

Outside of her professional life, Heather has been married to her husband, Landon Smith, for 14 years. Together, they have two daughters, Chloe (9) and Finley (4). She enjoys traveling, volunteering at her local church, and spending quality time with family and friends.
