John earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University in 1997 and later completed his Master of Business Administration at Texas State University. For the past 23 years, he has dedicated his career to Williamson County Juvenile Services, where he has advanced through multiple leadership roles and now serves as Assistant Executive Director. In this capacity, John provides strategic oversight and guidance to programs designed to support youth and families, while also ensuring that operations align with the department’s mission and the needs of the community.

Beyond his primary role, John contributes his expertise at the county level as Chair of the Williamson County Benefits Committee and as a voting member of the Williamson County Fleet Committee, where he helps shape policies and initiatives that directly impact county employees and resources. Additionally, John has also served as Treasurer on the Georgetown Soccer Association Board of Directors, supporting youth sports development, and as Treasurer of the Georgetown High School Soccer Booster Club.

John and wife, Andrea, have been married for 24 years and are the proud parents of two daughters.
