Kathi Ray

Director of Mission and Commercial Property Management

Kathi Ray joined Georgetown Health Foundation in 2020.

As Director of Mission and Commercial Property Management, Kathi’s strategic focus is primarily on property improvements, sustainability, and tenant relations, with a special emphasis on the Foundation’s mission-based properties. She has been an integral partner in the establishment, planning, and growth of the Carver Center for Families, GHF’s family resource center.

In her previous role at GHF, Kathi worked with the Vice President of Strategic Philanthropy on the Foundation’s multiple grantmaking processes. This enabled her to build relationships with and work closely with local nonprofit leaders and GHF grant partners.

Prior to GHF, Kathi spent 20 years serving the Georgetown community at both Southwestern University and the City of Georgetown. She has also been involved with operations management, finance, real estate, and small business ownership. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
